The romance focused on Galvin and Thea, a young couple with two children. They are currently separated after she confesses to faking her orgasms. Don’t worry it’s not as shallow as all that. There are some issues here on both sides and Adams allows for growth as Galvin works to win his wife back.
Gavin is coached by his teammates who have formed a secret book club. His first assignment is to read a regency romance titled Courting the Countess. I laughed, got angry, became completely caught up, and swooned.
Family baggage, siblings, friendships and teammates added to the tale keeping me engaged. I am looking forward to the next novel in the Bromance Book Club. It appears that each will focus on one couple and work as a standalone, with the team and club a central theme.
Snuggle up with The Bromance Book Club tonight. A lovely mix of bookish fun, heartwarming romance, swoons, laughter and friendships. This review was originally posted at Caffeinated Reviewer
