Enjoyable romantic suspense. I liked Gwen. Chance was a moron. So much drama could have been solved with honesty. He lies/omits way too often for my enjoyment. And spends way too much time saying the wrong thing. Couldn't he have just said - hey your dad came to see me? The romance was about what you'd expect from this genre. The mystery was good, if not fairly predictable.
I liked Sophie and I liked Ethan - I really want to know more of their backstory. It seems very dark and bloody. Just what I love.
