Received an e-arc from Netgalley. Thank you!

Cassie Mae debut novel, Reasons I Fell For the Funny Fat Friend is one of my absolute favorite reads of the year. Friday Night Alibi is a unique idea, but unfortunately I didn't connect to the characters as much as I did her other novel. Still, this is not a bad book and by the middle of it I was hooked.

Friday Night Alibi tells the 'epic romance' of Kelli and Chase. Kelli is an alibi, a pre-paid one. You have a girlfriend or a boyfriend the 'rents can't know about? Easy peasy, you come to Kelli, you get a 'package' detailing what you supposedly did with her while you were actually on your date, and viola! the parents are sure you're keeping it where you should and your lovely trust-fund is yours another day.
Enter Chase; the cocky, infuriating college boy who sweeps into her life and completely messes them up. Or is he actually making them right?

Don't know where Mrs. Mae gets these ideas, but they sure aren't your everyday ones...
