My Review: I had all sorts of problems. You can read about them here. When a friend suggested that I try the Paleo Diet I had to admit I was skeptical. I had tried other diets but always failed at them. I had tried Weight Watchers for YEARS and felt tired and I actually gained weight. I couldn't seem to control my cravings at all. I had heard about the Whole30 but I thought I would never be able to give up my diet coke and pizza. I decided to try it for 30 days after reading this book and boy, did my life and perceptions change! I am now a believer in this way of eating. When I start something I want to know about it as deeply as possible so I went on a binge read of everything paleo/primal. I learned a lot. I fell with information that I can better ward off the temptation to cheat and to stay with it for the long haul.
