This is another fantastic addition to the Insanity series, and this one delves into Alice's past. Why did she kill her classmates? Do those helping her to find those answers have ulterior motives? Questions are answered, more are proposed, and I wonder what is next for these characters that I adore.

Reality and time both come to the forefront in this book, bringing back questions first posited earlier in the series. Insanity quoted Einstein saying that "Reality is merely an illusion, albeit a persistent one", and Wonder brings these concepts and questions back for me. Considering that time travel plays a role, these quotes hold more relevance for me .

It is obvious that Jace has a clear direction planned for the series from the beginning, and it shows in the lack of continuity errors within the series (and those things that cannot be explained he breaks the fourth wall within the book and calls them out as such - and since this series, and Carroll's, are about nonsense it works). This is yet another winner in a fantastic series.
