Soltrey places in a fictional format new theories relating to human self-awareness: how it is generated in our brain and body, its origin through evolution, and how best to utilize it. This is a scientific story which has repercussions relating to the origins of many myths and spiritual precepts as they have come down to us. The author hopes that in understanding how our brain has come to this point of owning both scientific and spiritual paradigms, we can optimize our use of that brain. Various surprising results derive from this analysis such as practical techniques for slowing the aging process, and a description of what we call Free Will. This book does not seek to answer the unanswerable, rather it proposes hypothese and generates questions. It is hoped that this exploration of complex and important topics will leave the reader with unexpected insights and opportunities to find personal meaning. contact: Soltrey@gmail.com
