Actual rating: 3.5 stars

Initial thoughts: The premise sounded bizarre and hilarious. In many ways, it definitely was. I wish that more larger-than-life situations had arisen to keep in line with that theme. Nonetheless, it was a humorous read, accentuated by the Tuscan setting.
