I did enjoy this book, the plot and characters kept me wondering what would happen next. The only issue I had was that there didn't feel like much of a back story about a lot of the aspects of the book. I wished we had learned more of why the government had turned into what it was, and maybe gained a deeper insight of what it actually does. Overall though, I liked the book and will definitely be reading the second one.
