Wow I finished this last night i was a bit apprehensive about reading this book to start with as my normal genre is young adult, middle grade type fantasy. I rarely venture into new adult. I have to say i was delightfully surprised with Locks. Sarah J. Pepper does a great job of mixing fantasy, love, danger and excitement into a delightful tale that keeps you guessing from one leap to another. I thought the dash of adult love situations where balanced nicely with the story line. I highly recommend this novel it a fantastic retelling.
