Will Jack able to keep Leah this time?
My Soul Immortal by Jen Printy, is a fabulous story with witty, caring characters. It has a different twist to the tale of when Death takes a life.
What I like
- Jack is the main point of view character. It is incredible to see the book through his eyes and how he truly does love Leah. Even if she does look like Lydia.
- That he is protective of Leah, mainly by keeping her safe, he does that a lot, and it's also within reason that Jack wants to protect her, especially if it's something horrible.
- Jack's moments with Leah's brother Grady were all so cute, especially with Grady being the overprotective brother.
- Jack still being a gentleman even though it's been a long time since he was raised that way.
What I dislike
When I do these reviews, I hate saying what I disliked, especially about a book that I like. The person that I dislike is a major spoiler, but it's a female. That's all I am going to say. It's not Leah, though. Then, I guess how he got to Portland, Maine sucks. Mostly though the story is all excellent and you will have to read it.
Five Stars
My Soul Immortal by Jen Printy is a fantastic book that is different than what I thought it was going to be. I loved everything about it, and I can't wait to dive into the next book. My Soul Immortal by Jen Printy, gets a glowing five-star rating as it is that outstanding. Ms. Printy has done a remarkable job writing this tale, and I can't wait to see what else happens in Leah and Jack's love story. Especially with this latest development.
