This book continues with Calla finding out more about Chase and who he really is. I love the whole chapter of his back story it really helped me come to terms with who is and i felt so terrible for his whole journey and the guilt that he has to carry around and how he truly trying not to be so consumed by what has happened to him. Like Calla says he choosing the brighter colors. Their are multiple times in reading the Creepy Hallow series where my heart starts beating like crazy in fear for these characters that i have come to know and love. I screamed, i cried, i had my heart ripped out and i still keep coming back for more. This is one Fae series you can't put down and walk away from it has to be read and experienced.
