Professor Anne de Looy and her team at the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition, Queen Margaret College, in Edinburgh, have been investigating the properties of a new diet. The result - System S - has had a trial group of 30 volunteers in a 12 week study. The properties of this diet include allowance of sugar-coated cereals, biscuits, chocolate and sugary-drinks, while loosing weight.
