**AN ARC WAS PROVIDED FOR AN HONEST REVIEW. ALL OPINIONS ARE MY OWN**
Well, this book was quite the treat from the duo, Max Monroe. I can't say that I've read a book that has the word penis so much. It had a lot of funny moments, Six is an absolute riot and fitS right in with the band of football players. Absolutely loved those little tender moments between Sean and Six, just wish there was a bit more of them. An all-around enjoyable read from this dynamic duo.
I gotta say that I love seeing some cameos from our beloved Billionaire Bad Boys characters, it totally made my day as I was reading this one. Anyways, Six Malone, what a riot she is. Some of my favorite moments in this book were her first encounters with her great vlogging opportunity of doing a series with the Maverick football team. Absolutely hilarious and probably a sight she'll never forget for the rest of her life. And once she and Sean meet face to face , the attraction is so strong, but Sean has the reputation of being a manwhore and bit of a d*ick. But what are we to expect when it comes to his cocky ego.
Cocky ego and all, Six has no problem whatsoever with putting him in his place, repeatedly. Almost a bit too much, in my opinion. But it never stopped Sean from going after her. Besides their very playful banter, I was hoping to see some more cute and tender moments between them. It was nice to see some of their vulnerabilities since they didn't quite establish what it was between them. More than anything it was assumed and by the time they needed to finally say what was on their mind, they both walked away.
I really loved seeing some of those moments with their personal dialogue about the uncertainty with how they felt about each other, it was real. And I just wanted so much more of those because I feel like that would have helped me connect more with Sean and Six. It didn't pull me in like some of Max Monroe's other books, but it was packed with hilarious moments and steamy banter.
But it's a quick and easy read, full of entertainment. Max Monroe fans will definitely enjoy this one.
