This study examines the benefits of a flattened structural hierarchy within public and private organizations. It discusses issues of personal and corporate leadership and provides a framework for gaining many or all of the benefits and advantages without changing the structure of the organization. This process of thinking adopts project structures that place every person who affects the delivery of a project or the organizational objectives in any way, under the task leader or project manager, regardless of where such persons stand within the organizational structure. It recognizes the importance of human capital and adds that attention to people issues will improve corporate performance. The development of corporate values from team level up, rather than from top down is analysed with focus upon the values that cement the member of the organization together.
