[Quirky Cat]

If you've watched the anime for this series, then you've already got a really strong idea of what happens in this volume. I have to say that the anime is shockingly loyal to the series on the whole, which I absolutely adore.
I loved the whole UA sports festival concept. Though I remember thinking at the time that it would be risky, showing off your abilities so early like that. Little did I know that it would end up being relevant later (I love that the actually did that though!).
I loved Deku's way of getting through the first challenge, and the balancing that occurred during the second challenge (meaning the way they arranged it to balance out).
The teams formed for the second challenge were unexpected in some cases, but on the whole, made a lot of sense.
