I really enjoyed this book, it's a a good old fashioned mystery and suspense fozy without a murder and I felt the plot had a good pace to it. More importantly (to me, anyway) was how much I enjoyed the author's writing style. The characters were realistic and the main character, Sophie, was likeable from the first page. The romance was written well, it didn't get cloying as many do (I'm not big on romance novels) and I liked that the paranormal part of it felt natural (I've read other books where it seems like most of the story is the main character trying to come to grips with seeing ghosts or whatnot. I hate that.) I can't wait to read more from this author, I'll definitely put her on my watch-for list.
