With a good 200 recipes this cookbook provides with plenty of new things to add to your kitchen repertoire. I love the chapters that each tell you varying tidbits of Amish counties in multiple states. Probably for myself, if I had to choose a favorite chapter, it would be the beverages. I always get so bored with just water and there are only so many flavors of tea, but here you can learn Holiday Punch, Lemon Shake-Up, Amish Wine (alcohol free FYI), Homemade Hot Chocolate and several more. Love that!
