This survey report examines the types of rewards and reward programs human resource professionals use in various organizations and describes what forms of compensation are awarded, how recipients are chosen, and how rewards are presented. Conclusions are drawn about the effectiveness of incentive-compensation programs in helping companies reach organizational goals.
