Quirky Cat
Summary:
Fire has always been a thing of nightmares for many. In this world, people are at risk of spontaneously combusting and turning into Infernals. An Infernal wants only one thing - to destroy. They are no longer considered human. That is where the Fire Force comes into play. They must protect the people.
Shinra nearly died in the abyss – but he's not going to let a little thing like that stop him from his quest. He's determined to bring his brother back around and make them a family once again – no matter the price.
Review:
After the intensity from the last volume, it's kinda nice that Fire Force Vol. 11 was a bit more relaxed and chill. Better yet – it even had a comical (and fair-is-fair moment!), so I can't complain about that.
A few good things happen in this volume. First, Shinra finally (FINALLY) gets some answers about his past and family. We have yet to get all the information, but the puzzle pieces are coming together. Thank goodness.
Second, the fan service goes the other direction (for a change). Instead of the girls getting oggled and ripped clothes, the men are the focus of the fan service. Yes, it's more comically leaning (as opposed to how the girls get stripped in the middle of a battle), but it's closer to fair, so I'll take it.
