Initial Thoughts: Drucker makes some decent points, but I'm not sure how applicable they are to me right now, especially the second essay about being an executive. The general gist is knowing your working style and knowing other people's working styles so you can get stuff done, however. I also think a lot more people need to read the short section on holding an efficient meeting.
