What We Find is a beautifully written tender and slightly nostalgic story about finding love, finding oneself, and moving forward after dealing with loss.

First of all if you don’t like books set in Victorian times or steampunk books then this probably isn’t for you. Those who do like it, continue on. I don’t usually read steampunk books but I’m glad I gave it a chance. This was a great book with lots of action, romance and mystery. I loved how the author write with a lot of detail so that it feels like you’re in the book with the characters. Even the villain was great!

I loved all the characters in this book, even the ones I hated. They’re all written with so much detail so it feels like you know them. I only didn’t like Sam in this book but he gets better near the end. Everyone else was fantastic and lovable. I liked the strong female characters Finley and Emily. They were my favorites by far.

The plot was really interesting and different. It’s mostly a fantasy/action book with a little bit of romance thrown in. The book really flowed and keep you reading until you finished. It had a good pace to it too which I think is really important. I would recommend this book to everyone who wants to give steampunk a chance! I was really impressed!

I'm not sure whether this is worthy of 3 stars or 4. I definitely enjoyed it considering the fact that I read it in about a day. However, there were definitely some times throughout where it was dragging and I was simply wishing it would hurry. However, overall, definitely a fun and worthy read!

This was a great steampunk book. Was listed as YA, but didn't read like one. I loved the characters, the good guys, the not so good guys and hated the villian. Lots of twists and turns in the storyline, kept it very fast paced. I read it a few hours. I loved the budding romances and look forward to book 2 in this series.
