It is aimed to help managers understand the people they work with and for management trainers who want their message to stick. The first section of each chapter introduces a management problem using a fictional animal fable, the second section follows up with corresponding real life management case studies whilst the third section gives advice and tips for managers who recognize themselves or their teams in the stories.
