This resource kit enables in-company training managers to run one-day training sessions. The contents of each kit include information on the logic of the course, teaching aims and methods, lecture guides to accompany the paper masters of slides, teaching notes, supplementary materials, such as figures and hand-outs, and reading lists. The objectives of this workshop are to enable participants to evaluate their own role in a team; to understand the basic principles of developing high-performance teams; to identify potential obstacles and develop effective strategies to overcome them and to develop and maintain cohesive teams.
