Jenny Linford is a freelance food writer based in London and a member of the Guild of Food Writers. Her published work ranges from recipe writing to food and travel articles for numerous publications, including the Financial Times, Time Out, London Eating and Drinking Guide, Square Meal, and the British Library's Food Stories website. Among her published books are The Tomato Basket Cookbook, Food Lovers' London, and The Chef's Library. Linford was also the general editor of 1001 Restaurants You Must Experience Before You Die.
