Raphael is just...he's everything I really like in a crime boss. Absolutely psychotic/sociopath on the side when dealing with others, but absolutely head over heels in love with his wife. Possessive to a fault. Dangerous. A huge Alphahole haha. But I love it. And I like I said, HE is very much what I put my bar on when I read this type of category. I think he and Lachlan Mount from the 'Mount Trilogy Series' (BOOK 1 [b:Ruthless King|36682959|Ruthless King (Mount Trilogy, #1)|Meghan March|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1511939432l/36682959._SY75_.jpg|56447182]) by [a:Meghan March|8184875|Meghan March|https://images.gr-assets.com/authors/1515956220p2/8184875.jpg] hits the spot dead on. Together they are my book boyfriends personified haha.
Until Death Do Us Part takes us many places and Isa has def changed quite a lot from the innocent young woman we first met. But I love her, and she is absolutely perfect for Raphael.
If I were to think about something negative in this book, it would be that: I felt her abduction didn't make too much sense in terms of the female wife culprit's reasons for arranging it. She talks about Isa not knowing "her place" and that's why she did it - but nowhere in the book after they go to Sweden, do I find any basis for this. So I sort of felt like that was a loose end. I was all onboard about HOW it happened, but that the wife was involved made no sense to me at all.
I really hope we see more of them and I feel there is still more to explore. The epilogue (you all know how much I love an Epilogue! xD )was really good too and I really want the boys to have their own books.
