As I listened to this book, I remembered being the target audience. Sex was that BIG milestone for some, and it seemed like almost everyone was doing it or talking about it. I thought Lund sort of represented every teen at one point. She had characters, who already had some experience, and others with none. There were some, who were waiting until they were in love, and even one that wanted to wait for marriage. There was also the idea, that all isn't what it seems either.
Andrew and Keely both endeared themselves to me and made me nuts. I loved their friendship, and it made my heart ache, when they just couldn't be honest with each other. Andrew's games actually cut me. But, because I sort of felt this was going to go my way, I sat back, and let it play out.
This book had some highs and lows, and be prepared for the drama. Overall, I enjoyed being there are Keely took some risks and worked out her emotions.
