Can Ambar and Jeff uncover the truth in this incriminating scandal before one of them gets hurt?
Jeff Maddow
Jeff Maddow is the one that finds out that something is going on, and he doesn't like it. He thinks that it is a scam involving his coach, Ambar's uncle, and Ambar. Jeff might be wrong about that, and he is okay with that. He is falling for Ambar, and he isn't sure why. Jeff is a senior and wants this last season to be his best. I think that Jeff is a great character. He wants to know what is going on but is also afraid. Jeff doesn't know what might happen to his teammates and Ambar.
Ambar Hernandez
Ambar Hernandez is a blogger that is trying to figure out what she wants to do in life and what to do for her senior project for communications. The thing that she doesn't know what she wants to do for either. So when Jeff comes to her with this idea that Ambar could use for her senior project but they get it done in time. Good thing that she is good at uncovering stuff like that isn't easy for Jeff. Ambar has proved to Jeff a lot of times that she is good at what she does even though Ambar doesn't think that she is.
I can relate to Ambar a lot in the fact that we are both bloggers. Granted about different things but I can understand the pressure she is under for that. I like how she handles herself, even though her family may not see her as a good person. Another thing that I like about her is that she won't give up on something that she feels is right, which this article is.
Four Stars
No Easy Catch by Jaqueline Snowe is worthy of these four stars. Ms. Snowe has done another incredible job of bringing to life baseball and college life. I felt like I could relate to these characters, and I am sad to know that this is the last book of this series. Don't forget to check out this book when it comes out or the others in the series!
