I really enjoyed this book. I loved Sadie. You could not help but admire how she essentially had the weight of the world on her shoulders, but never let it get her down. Her mom was a mess. A. Mess. Sadie was a survivor and did what she had to do, while avoiding wallowing in self-pity. The friendships she made at the Stone home were priceless. I love the "family" Glines assembled for Sadie. Jax had his moments, but managed to redeem himself in my eyes. And Marcus. Poor Marcus. He really is a great guy and I am excited to read his story next. I was little let down at the end. The ending seemed a little abrupt, but overall, I was entertained and wore a stupid smile at many points during the book
