I've read nearly all of Ms Burrowes books so I knew what I was going to be reading about and how it all ends, but lordy that was a bloody depressing read up till about the 90% mark. I was frustrated and sad that they didn't communicate what they were both going through.

I was soooo disappointed in Percy for going to the theatre.

I know it all ends well but I nearly didn't finish this book. The only reason I did was because I knew how it was going to end.

Ms Burrowes is still one of my favourite Historical Romance authors but this book was definitely not my favourite.
