Jade is a girl striving for success in a world that seems like it's trying to break her.

Quiet and beautiful, this story will sneak up on you. This is my second book by Watson, and I have a real appreciation for the way she relays her characters experiences and emotions. Honest and unflinching, and in such a way that makes you listen. Jade was a complex young woman with complicated relationships with certain parts of her life, and I really enjoyed getting to see things from her perspective.
