Quirky Cat

So, this was my first full volume I've read that was ahead of the anime. And boy, was it an intense one! I'm actually pretty anxious to see how the anime will handle a lot of this, because it has the potential to be epic.
I absolutely love the students that got a little extra attention in this volume. Deku, obviously. But Uraka, Tsu, and Kirishima as well! I've liked Kirishima from the start, so in particular, I'm happy for him getting a chance to shine.
As for the main plot. Yikes. It is certainly an intense one. I honestly understand why Deku is being so hard on himself here. It is not a good situation by any means. Realistically that moment he had where he could have done something - it wouldn't have worked out. But I can see why he can't let it go. I really can. I'm not sure that the precision nature is looking too good for Deku's new mentor, though he may be in the right. It's hard to say. I think I need to finish this plotline before I make any decisions on that count.
