The Last Noel was offered as a free nook book awhile back and I just got around to reading it. The story takes place on Christmas eve and Christmas day - the two main characters' birthdays, and spans several decades of their friendship together. From page one I found I couldn't put the book down. The ending left me with tears in my eyes. Definitely a beautiful and well written story!
