Remy is a god and he deserves 5 stars. I can't give this book 5 stars though because Brooke annoys the ever living fuck out of me. She's always so angry and jealous with him and completely irrational. She left him, and then just expected him to stay loyal to her and never do anything she might disapprove of, despite his mental health and what he needed. She also treats him like he doesn't care about her several times throughout this book and I just can't stand it.

On top of that, she mentions being anti-vaccine during the book because it might cause autism. Oh come on. Why even include that in the book. She seems to care about science only when it suits her. She just seems to live in a little bubble and doesn't accept anything anyone else says.

I think Remy is great and he certainly deserves a better character than Brooke to be with. She's terrible and I really cannot stand her. Oh, and what's with him always "pushing his semen back inside her" after they have sex. That's just weird to me and it made me cringe every single time.

I’ve never been a fan of boxing I’m still not a fan of boxing, but I LOVE Remington “Riptide” Tate!!! The dude is HOT, HOT, HOT!!!!

This is the second book in the series if you haven’t read Real yet, please do so before reading Mine.

Remy is the ultimate fighter, a heart-stopper, and he has a very, very dark side. When Remy’s eyes are blue he’s in a very, very good place, but when his eyes are black he’s in a very, very dark place. He has never known love until Brooke Dumas. She is his EVERYTHING and he will do ANYTHING for her, even lose the ultimate match.

Brooke loves Remy with all she is, but to tell you the truth I have no clue how she handles his very dark days. It’s so very hard to watch the person you love go through some very emotional issues. Brooke is a hell of a woman and I love how she loves Remy.

I’m struggling with how to write this review without giving anything away. If you’ve read the first book than you know that Brooke has come back to Remy and they are trying to figure them out. At the end of the first book Remy saved Brooke’s sister Nora and this book picks up with Nora having gone back to Scorpion, but not everything is what it seems. Scorpion is evil and will do whatever it takes to distract, ruin, or gain an advantage on Remy and Brooke is the only thing that will have the desired effect on Remy.

This book deals with some very, very emotional issues. I laughed, I wanted to reach thru my kindle and slapped a few people, I prayed, and I actually cried my eyes out. When an author can invoke all of your emotions, than in my book this is a winner.

If your looking for a book with just the right amount of everything…laughter, anger, love, surprises, and twists and turns than you need to read this book.

If you loved Remy in Real than you will love him even more now. I LOVE REMY!!! I can’t wait for the next book in this series, actually Katy can’t write fast enough for me.
