If you have thought about being a telemarketer or running a business that will use telemarketers this book is ideal for you. Chris Jackson gives lots of useful sites on where to find people to employ and advertise jobs. He also talks about the pro's and con's of working from home as a telemarketer although I think this covers all work at home choices.
An interesting read.
