I read a Net Gallery reviewers copy, so firstly Thank you Ian Vannoey, Troubador Publishing and Net Gallery for the opportunity.
There are 26 “Poems” in this compendium; some of the poems have little fun facts before them, some of them are about Opera plots and some are amusing descriptions of mundane daily tasks.
The poems are all very easy to read and uncluttered by complicated and flashy words.
It was a very quick read; I took me about half an hour (and I had to answer the phone a few times).
It was fun and quirky and I would happily read more work by Mr. Vannoey. I think my favorites were the Opera inspired poems, so maybe I should go and see an Opera one day.
