This is a clever little book about a writer who gets caught up in a fake memoir scam. It started off a bit slow, but by the time I reached the middle, I polished it off in one enjoyable sitting. I felt like the writing was a bit clunky at times (I couldn't tell what was pretension and what was mockery sometimes), but I liked the little touches like the fact that it was 250 pages long (something that is brought up in the story as being the perfect length for a book). I'd recommend it to anyone who likes books about books.
