Meet cute. Almost.
Meeting and falling in love on a subway through missed connections section of the paper is everything I ever wanted. This book was great, I really liked it, but I think I'm ruined after reading [b:Love at First Like|42201658|Love at First Like|Hannah Orenstein|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1563231532l/42201658._SY75_.jpg|65558103]. I don't trust my romance heroes anymore and that's a shame. Oh, well.
Honestly, perfect british romcom, wold be wonderful to read during holidays.
Multidimentional cast of heroes, dealing with dating, grief, friends and relationships.

I read it via audiobook which was amazing! Would recommend!

Excellently Executed. This is a romance tale where the entire premise is that our central couple keeps *just* missing each other, and it *really* works. The cuts between perspectives in different scenes are amazing, showing the couple at various points literally in the same place at the same time... and completely missing each other. It *is* a romance though and *does* have a happily ever after, but Williams does an amazing job of holding that off until almost literally the last second. Funny where it needs to be, serious where it needs to be, and overall a fun romantic comedy. Very much recommended.
