Louise Blair is passionate about the provision of good customer service. Over many years Louise has provided customer service advice in a variety of settings. However, currently and for the last 9 years, Louise works for a Social Research company undertaking interviews and reporting on a wide variety of research material. In conjunction with this, she also runs her own direct sales business. It was through all that Louise has experienced that she learned the importance and need for continued self-development. Louise's learning gave rise to some of the themes in the book, ie: Believing in yourself; learning what you need to in order to succeed and believe you can do it.
