The book contains 56 easy-to-use, colour-coded cycling workouts, 45 on-the-road and 11 indoor, that will add variety to an exercise routine, plus instructions for using the workouts to set up a personalized cycling programme. Part one gives the information required to prepare for the training programmes. Part two contains complete descriptions of the workouts, which range from low to high intensity. Part three shows how to combine the workouts into a training programme.
