I really really enjoyed this book. Okay, it wasn't a particularly complex mystery story; with only half a dozen major characters, there weren't many complicated twists and turns in the plot, but I think that's why I liked it. It's a simple concept, executed well with a very unexpected twist at the end.

The style of writing was unusual, with short 'chapters' from each character, telling the story from multiple viewpoints but without affecting the flow of it at all.

In addition, the promotional print version is lovely. It feels great and looks exciting, despite being a very simple design. It appears that simple but effective is something this author does very well.

This is definitely an author I'll keep an eye on to see what else she produces. Well done :)
