I love a good Hollywood romance, but Off Script fell a little short to me.

Kaiti was discovered in the food court of a local mall while she was people watching.  She had the look the director wanted and he was determined to bring her to his hit TV show.  When she continued to balk at his requests, he pulled out the big guns...show heartthrob and star Gavin.

Gavin and Kaiti were likable and their romance believable.  But when you add in the Hollywood backdrop, their romance lost a little something.  The secondary characters and the plot surrounding the show was a bit unbelievable to me.  Do I believe those type of things could happen, absolutely?  Do they happen all the one person, on one show?  Hard to believe.

A good read, but I think this Hollywood romance could have stood its ground without all the other drama.
