I read this book in about 3 hours. I devoured it. I loved Holt. I loved Katie. I LOVED that all this stuff kept happening to her and she just kept on keepin' on. She took a couple of moments to have some well deserved emotional breakdowns but otherwise, she totally fought for her own life. I am really looking forward to the next book in this series from Ms. Hebert. Good stuff. Big thanks to Nikki @ Scandalicious for the recommendation.
