I really enjoyed this book. I did not see the twist coming at all. I also kept trying to guess if the killer was someone Wren knew in real life but I was a way off. This book was unpredictable and that is such a rare thing for thrillers these days.

Four stars only because while I was interested I didn't get truly invested until the last 50 or so pages. Also the ending was good but not my preferred style of ending for a thriller.

I don't listen to the author's podcasts so this is the opinion of someone completely unfamiliar with the author but overall a fan of thrillers and true crime. I would definitely read anything else this author writes and I might just check out the podcast. I'm picky with my true crime podcasts though so don't hold me to that.
