You know those authors that you've seen at least 3 or 4 of your blogger buddies rave about, but you just haven't managed to read? And not for lack of desire, you've one clicked a good number of their books and gotten really excited from reviews. But for some reason, they just keep getting pushed down the TBR. You know which ones I'm talking about? Well for me, J. A. Huss has been at the top of that list. But Bookworm Brandee said, "ENOUGH! Read one! Now! Start with Follow!" --- ok that wasn't the way she said it, I can't imagine her being that stern. But she very sweetly told me to cut it out and read on already. And I did.

I also discovered that I've been a dumb ass. (Thanks Brandee LOL) Seriously! This is the kind of erotica I'm always looking for and have such a hard time finding. You know, the erotica with a REAL story. And not just any story… A GOOD ONE! From reading the synopsis, I kinda expected sex for the point of sex, even though the reviews I'd read told me otherwise. Don't get me wrong, I BELIEVED the reviews, it just didn't sink all the way in. And when I got started there was definitely that potential. I mean, the main character - Angie - has weekly dirty tweet competitions. She talks about how exciting it is to be bold and sexy in 140 characters. And she doesn't just get bold - she tags her favorite Hollywood Hottie, Vaughn Asher in each one. After all, he's the one she imagines in all her sexual fantasies, right?

I can't imagine being so bold, but social media puts up a barrier that lets us be a little freer. But what would happen if Angie gets face to face with Vaughn Asher? Would she be so bold? And would he be the man she imagined? I CAN'T TELL YOU! Follow isn't that long - about 130 pages - so to say much more would take away the fun. But don't be like me. If you're at all interested in J. A. Huss and haven't read her, don't wait any longer. Seriously. Don't be a dumb ass like me :)
