It’s not a bad story but it’s also not really good. The premise is actually pretty good, and if written by someone who could flesh out a story, this would be absolutely amazing. The characters are all fairly one-dimensional however Moth is endearing and likeable.

It is written as though it is a fanfiction of someone else’s story, with a lot of information being skipped or left out. The main female character is annoying as heck, extremely cliche, and her use of ‘social media speak’ feels forced.

I wanted to love this book, I really did, but instead I’m mildly entertained by it.
