I really enjoyed the plot of this book; I haven't read any other HR set in this time and place (except the 1st in the series), so this was really refreshing for me!

I loved Florence. She was an awesome lady, who wanted something different from what was expected from her, and she wasn't afraid to go after it.

I was so unsure about how the conflict (which we knew was coming) was going to come about, and I really could not see how Clay was going to make up for it. But he did, and I really enjoyed how it all resolved.

How their relationship turned out in the end was so different from any other HR, and I loved it! I have been wanting a HR to turn out this way for some time, and it was so good to finally get it!
