"And wilderness is paradise now."

Things I Liked:

βœ‘ It’s a retelling of an OPERA!!!!!!
βœ‘ The setting is a unique point in history that I’ve never read (or even thought) much about
βœ‘ The characters are so dang LOVABLE
βœ‘ The storytelling pacing is different and unique

Things I Liked... Less:

βœ‘ The writing style is a bit incongruous with the genre
βœ‘ THAT ENDING THO 😭😭😭
