Not everything should be forgotten.
Narcosis Room by Louise Cypress is a well-written novel. It was so tremendous that I devoured it in a day. This book has multiple points of views, unlike the other three books that I have read of hers.
Ellie
The first main character that we meet in this book is Ellie. She is an essential character since it is interloped around her. Ellie is a fascinating character. Her primary goal is to remember what happened to her when she was in middle school. However, each time that Ellie remembers something that happened, she always seems to forget it after going through a round of narcosis. What I like about Ellie is that she wants to know who she is and not forget anything else. That is hard since her parents are so good with narcosis.
Dean
The second main character that I want to talk about, in this book is Dean. He is a singer from Canada and is going to do narcosis that summer with Ellie. For an entirely different reason than Ellie and I feel sorry for him. Dean is a great character that wants to be loved. What I like about Dean is that he wants to be normal and exceed at what he loves. His reason for doing narcosis has to be a hardship for a singer with his star status.
Bad Guy
I won’t reveal too much about who that is but wow did it throw me in for a loop. I thought it was quite a few different people, but really it wasn’t any of them. It was a great shocker to find out who did it primarily for the multiple different reasons going on.
Five Stars
Narcosis Room by Louise Cypress is a brilliant book that was awesome to read. I loved how everything moved so fast and how it all connected. Especially the characters being able to show their development throughout the book. I am giving this book a five-star rating as it was such a staggeringly good book that kept me guessing and laughing throughout its entirety.
