We read this one today to follow up after reading the version by Verna Aardema illustrated by Jan Brett included in Childcraft #1 Once Upon A Time (1988). We enjoyed discussing the emotions portrayed in the Dillon illustrations but all agreed we like the Jan Brett images and creatures more. I would love to have hers as a stand-alone book version.

This book is on many lists, but I bought it from Memoria Press' recommendation.
