The Firefighter's Thanksgiving Wish by Anna J. Stewart is a heartwarming story about two firefighters falling for each other.

Will Frankie keep her heart safe from Roman?

Frankie Bettencourt

Frankie Bettencourt is a long-time resident of Butterfly Harbor and has been at the fire station for a long time. She has a twin brother that she loves and is sometimes worried about him. Frankie has been wanting to be the Chief of the fire department in Butterfly Harbor since she was a little girl going there with her dad. Sadly the mayor Gil passed her by for this position. Is she upset? Of course. Will she do anything about it? Nope. She will take it in strides and try to play nice with the new chief.

What I like about Frankie is that she is a woman who speaks her mind and makes it clear when she's upset about something. She is also good with kids and loves her community so much that she wouldn't consider the thought of going someplace else so that she could become chief. What I don't like about Frankie is that despite wanting the best for the community, she would forfeit being happy herself.

Roman Salazar

Roman Salazar is a firefighter who bounces to different firehouses to get his ultimate dream job of being an investigator for the feds. Instead of getting the job that he wants, Roman heads to Butterfly Harbor to regroup and to act as a chief of this firehouse. Roman is a nice guy who didn't realize the landmines he set off by accepting this position. He's a good guy that wants to fulfill his dreams. Except will Butterfly Harbor change him as it has everyone else?

What I like about Roman is that he speaks his mind when he doesn't like something that doesn't sit right with him. He is into getting to know the town despite telling himself that it's just a pitstop for him.

Five Stars

Ms. Stewart has captured my heart with firefighters Frankie and Roman. These two are so funny when they are around each other and talk. I loved the way that they worked together. Frankie and Roman are great together, and I like seeing how everyone else realizes something is going on but them. I, even more, loved the dynamic between them when something unexpected happens. This book encompasses two holidays.

The Firefighter's Thanksgiving Wish by Anna J. Stewart is getting a five rating, and I am recommending it to anyone that reads romance.
